The XQ-WZ4CX 4WD backhoe loader is a multifunctional construction machine designed for loading, digging, trenching, backfilling, site leveling and material handling work. It combines front loader and rear backhoe functions with four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering and crab-walk travel, providing flexible operation for construction contractors, rental companies, municipal projects and infrastructure buyers.<\/p>\n
The machine has an operating weight of 8100 kg. Its overall length with the bucket on the ground is 6450 mm, overall width to the outer edge of the tyres is 2500 mm, cab height is 3000 mm and overall height to the top of the digging boom is 3550 mm. A 2520 mm wheelbase and 2180 mm rear track width provide a practical platform for loading and excavation operations.<\/p>\n
The front loader provides a rated loading capacity of 3000 kg and is equipped with a 1.7 m\u00b3 bucket. The maximum dumping height is 3100 mm, dumping reach is 870 mm and turning radius measured at the outer edge of the bucket is 5800 mm, supporting aggregate loading, truck loading, site cleaning and general material handling.<\/p>\n
The rear backhoe uses a 0.35 m\u00b3 digging bucket and provides a standard maximum digging depth of 4100 mm. For deeper excavation requirements, an optional telescopic arm can extend the digging depth to 5000\u20135500 mm. The backhoe also provides a maximum digging radius of 5345 mm, maximum dumping height of 3740 mm and maximum digging height of 5470 mm.<\/p>\n
The lifting force at maximum digging radius is 1220 kg. These working dimensions allow the XQ-WZ4CX to support trench excavation, drainage work, pipe-laying preparation, foundation work and other applications requiring both digging depth and working reach.<\/p>\n
The standard YUCHAI YCD4J22T-125 engine delivers 91 kW rated power. The engine uses an inline, direct-injection, four-stroke and water-cooled design. Optional engine configurations include YUCHAI 110 kW YCD4J33T6-140, CUMMINS 4BT3.9-C100 or 4BT3.9-C125, CUMMINS EURO 3 QSB3.9-C100 or QSB3.9-C125, as well as EURO 5 YUCHAI and EPA 4 CUMMINS options.<\/p>\n
The transmission system uses a 320 torque converter with pressurized oil circulation cooling and a hydrodynamic synchronized shift gearbox with mechanical control. The machine provides 4 forward and 4 reverse gears, with forward speeds of 5, 10, 18 and 40 km\/h and reverse speeds of 5, 10, 18 and 32 km\/h.<\/p>\n
Four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering and crab-walk travel provide flexible maneuverability for confined construction sites, narrow roads and complex working areas. Three freely selectable steering modes allow the operator to adapt the machine to different travel and positioning requirements.<\/p>\n
The hydraulic system uses a 63 mL\/r working pump with 22 MPa working pressure. Hydraulic pilot controls operate both the front loader and rear backhoe, while the load-sensing pump and valve support combined excavator functions. Cushioned cylinders help provide controlled working movements during loading and excavation.<\/p>\n
The standard luxury cab includes interior trim, fan, LED lights, a front and rear dual-camera reversing image system, emergency glass hammer, fire extinguisher, sliding windows, sunroof and heating and cooling air conditioner. The machine also includes a luxury adjustable rotating seat, adjustable instrument panel and color LCD display.<\/p>\n
Additional standard equipment includes 16.9-28 tubeless tyres at the front and rear, a special 320 integrated dual high\/low-speed gearbox, four-wheel-steering drive axle, H-type stabilizers, plate-fin radiator and oil cooler, and six-layer rubber hoses.<\/p>\n
